DAIRY HALL OF FAME AWARD

This award was developed to recognize the outstanding service and accomplishments of Pennsylvania dairy leaders. Selection is based on character, leadership, and the development of youth in the dairy industry.

2025 Recipient: Jayne Sebright

Jayne Sebright is executive director of the Center for Dairy Excellence, a public:private 501C6 organization focused on serving Pennsylvania’s dairy industry, and the Dairy Excellence Foundation, a charitable 501C3 organization focused on cultivating that next generation of dairy producers, advocates and consumers across the country.

She leads a team of eight creative, passionate, and dedicated individuals who provide a wide range of programming and resources to strengthen and support individual dairy farms and other businesses, while serving as a catalyst for the broader dairy industry in Pennsylvania.

In addition to the work of the center, the team also works to inspire more than 2 million students through the Foundation annually, with more than 43,000 educators enrolled in Adopt A Cow, more than 34,000 students participating in Dairy Leaders of Tomorrow, and more than $70,000 in support awarded annually to college students through on-farm internship and scholarship programs led by the Foundation along with industry partners.

Jayne has been with the Center since September 2006, serving as the director since 2016. She graduated with a bachelor’s in ag science with highest distinction from Penn State in 1995. Before joining the Center, Jayne held roles with Land O’Lakes, Lancaster Farming, and the Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association, now part of the American Dairy Association Northeast.

Her husband Robby and she have a dairy and crop farm in East Berlin. They have three grown children – George and wife Brooke, Charlie, and Eddie.

Jayne will be presented the Dairy Hall of Fame award during the Premier National Junior Show Supreme Pageant at 5:30 p.m. on September 15, 2025, at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg, Pa.
