Nate Oleniacz, based in Pennsylvania, works as a nutritionist and co-owner of 4ward Ag LLC, serving clients across the Mid-Atlantic region. From his home in New Oxford, PA, Nate partners with progressive dairy operations to develop innovative, performance-driven nutrition programs that support elite cattle performance and long-term success.
Nate has evaluated regional and state shows in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. He is also an accomplished showmanship judge, having placed showmanship competitions throughout the East Coast, including at the All-American Dairy Show and World Dairy Expo.
Beyond judging and nutrition consulting, Nate partners with leading breeders and exhibitors in developing high-end show cattle. In 2025, Nate and his partners were awarded the Premier Breeder banner in the Jersey Heifer Show at World Dairy Expo.
